He provided documents when he said he would, and was quick to make any necessary edits as the need arose. "I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Very professional, excellent communication and amazing customer service. Our situation was just every bit of a pain in the butt and I found this company and they helped me so much through the entire process. Very thorough looking through our plans, taking the time to research and understand what we needed and provided us with everything we needed. As we muddled through the other areas of our project we learned just how well versed HPE&D was. I had come to a point in my project where I was sure my project had failed when I called Chris and he informed me that he could help me over this hurdle. I finally received my permit for my project and I couldn’t have done it without all the help HPE had given me. Their prices are fair, customer service is superior and they deliver what they promise.
